Rowan Pearce is a 21-year-old with a strong background in sales, retail, and customer-facing roles. Having completed A Levels in Government & Politics, History, and Media Studies, Rowan chose a practical route over university, gaining hands-on experience across various sectors.

A keen traveller with time spent across Europe and South America—including an extended stay in Argentina—Rowan is passionate about people, culture, and speaks fluent Spanish. He has a particular interest in social issues, shaped in part by personal family experience with the care system, and is committed to charitable causes, especially supporting the homeless.

Rowan also runs a small e-commerce business, reselling clothing and other items online. Outside of work, he is a dedicated football fan and a proud season ticket holder at Fulham Football Club.
